Convenient location close to a nice wine festival and good food available at the on-site restaurants.
Terrible customer service, poor hygiene practices in the grill restaurant, and a lack of benefits for VIP patrons. Not enough bell personnel, long waiting times when checking in and out, and a lack of attention from management left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The resort is located in a somewhat remote area, surrounded by beautiful mountains and desert landscapes. It offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. the rooms are clean and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and plenty of sitting areas. the bathroom is spacious, featuring a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate toilet enclosure. the resort also has a 24-hour fitness gym, multiple pools, and a casino with a wide variety of games.
The resort is located in a somewhat remote area, which may require a bit of driving to get to other attractions or restaurants outside of the resort.

The hotel location was perfect for a Christmas escape. The hotel’s design and atmosphere perfectly embody a country and natural vibe. The rooms were spacious, with great views of the surroundings. The hotel's facilities were more than expected, with a spa and gym available for guests. , the restaurant served delicious breakfast and meals.
The hotel staff lacked enthusiasm and commendation to guests, and there was no excitement to the nightly entertainment. the stay was fair, The hotel deserves a second chance.
